BBQ Beef Short Ribs with Traeger Prime Rib Rub

These ribs are nothing short of glorious. Rubbed down with our prime rib blend and hit with wood-fired flavor makes for a meal you're gonna savor.

Ingredients

2 (4 rib) beef short rib racks

Preparation

Clean and trim beef short ribs. Season generously with Traeger Prime Rib Rub.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place ribs directly on the grill grate and cook for 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160℉.

Stack two sheets of foil on a flat surface. Place ribs directly in the center of the foil sheets and wrap up like a packet leaving one end open. Pour in 1/2 cup water and close packet.

Place ribs back on grill for 2-3 more hours or until the internal temperature reaches 204℉. Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Cut into individual ribs and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
