Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks withBloody Mary BBQ Sauce

Finish off your steaks with a rich, homemade sauce. Our Smoked Bloody Mary Mix and Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce combine forces for a topping that will take your rib-eyes to the next level.

Ingredients

Rib-Eye Steaks

2 (16 OZ) Rib-Eye Steaks

KOSHER SALT, to taste

FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER, to taste

FLAKY SEA SALT, FOR SERVING

Preparation

When ready to cook, start your Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 500 degrees F and preheat, lid closed (10-15 minutes).

Pat steaks dry and season with kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Chill uncovered, up to an hour before grilling. Pull steaks, and let sit to get up to room temperature.

Place steaks directly on the grill grate and cook about 7-9 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees F.

Remove from the grill let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

For the Smoked Bloody Mary BBQ Sauce: Combine BBQ Sauce and Smoked Bloody Mary Mix in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook sauce for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and serve with steaks. Enjoy!
