What's this?

If you like heat and sweet, then this burger has your name all over it. Load your buns with a juicy, grilled beef patty, pineapple, swiss cheese and none other than spam for a burger that'll take you to paradise.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pound ground beef

  • 1 Teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 Slices Swiss cheese

  • 4 Slices Spam

  • 4 Slices pineapple

  • 4 English Muffins

  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha

  • 4 Tablespoon mayonnaise

Steps

  • 1

In a medium bowl combine ground beef, salt and black pepper and mix with hands to combine. Form into four 1/3 pound patties.
  • 2

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • 3

Grill burgers on High for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature registers 130℉ for medium rare. Top burgers with cheese in the last minute or so to melt. Remove from grill and set aside to rest.
  • 4

Place spam and pineapple on the grill and cook, flipping occasionally until warmed through and lightly browned. Place another slice of cheese on spam and continue to cook until melted.
  • 5

Toast English muffins on grill. Place bottom buns on a cutting board. Top with a slice of pineapple. Add burger patty and top with SPAM. Top with Sriracha mayonnaise, then close burger. Serve immediately, enjoy!
