Grilled Asparagus & Honey-Glazed Carrots

Don’t be fooled by how easy this healthy side dish is. Our asparagus and honey glazed carrot recipe mixes a sweet and zesty taste with wood-fired flavor in each bite.

Ingredients

1 bunch pencil sized Asparagus, ends trimmed

1 lb whole Carrots with tops

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Honey

Sea Salt, as needed

Lemon Zest

Preparation

Rinse all vegetables under cold water and pat dry.

Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and a generous sprinkling of sea salt. Generously drizzle carrots with honey and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.

When ready to cook, set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Roast asparagus and carrots for 20-30 minutes, or until done to your liking.

Top the asparagus with fresh lemon zest. Enjoy!
