Baked LoadedTater Tots

You’ve never seen tots like these before. Loaded with chili, cheesy queso, onions, and a sour cream drizzle, this is one epic appetizer you’ll keep coming back to.

Ingredients

2 lbs FROZEN TATER TOTS

1 can BLACK BEANS, DRAINED AND RINSED

1 1/2 cups LEFTOVER CHILI

1 cup LEFTOVER QUESO

1 RED ONION, FINELY CHOPPED

1/2 cup CHOPPED CILANTRO

1/2 cup SOUR CREAM

Preparation

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Spread frozen tots out on a sheet tray and place directly on the grill grate.

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until tots are crispy.

Top with warmed chili, queso and beans. Place back on the grill for 15 minutes.

Remove from grill and top with red onion, cilantro, sour cream and jalapeno. Enjoy!

Amazing
This tastes as good as it looks. Super simple to make and the flavor from the smoke is excellent. Full confession, I used my charcoal grill (I'm Traeger-less), but the recipe translated perfect to charcoal! I used turkey chili, some nacho cheese, and half the amount of red onion. This went well with a side of grilled green beans too! Found a new favorite!
