What a Grill
I've had this model for about 8 months now, and have used it at least every other weekend, mainly because of bad weather. I'll use it more when I have the blanket, but that is my only "complaint" if you can call it that. Perfectly fine in cold, windy weather, just takes longer.
As for the results, they are simply fantastic. The ribs are out of this world, chickens are pop it in, wait 2 hrs and pop it out. Perfectly crisp on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Wait until you make sandwiches from the leftovers.
Everything has outstanding flavour, and is very easy to cook.
I'm already looking to buy another one, the Bronson is perfect for 2 -4 people, but I'd like another Bronson or something a bit larger for groups.
I'll never go back to propane or charcoal.

Pro Series 34
My very first grill/smoker, My very first time doing ribs or any slow cooking. This unit came with a everyday cook book that i followed to the T. results were the best ribs I ever had. I never liked ribs before, but that was because I never had em done right before. Oh Man, let me tell you this was a gift from the gods. My party was a smash hit because of the ribs.

Im posting this because I want everyone to know, that its that easy to use. I do a lot of cooking, but this is my first. I am so excited to play with this grill, that I called in sick to work so i can experiment. so in closing, if you dont like BBQ ribs, its because you never had good ones. if you want to try good ones, get this grill.

Aloha,
jon cannella

Traeger 20
First thing I smoked on the Traeger 20 was baby back ribs. They turned out fantastic. During the process I had two concerns thought and maybe you all can help me with this. First if I set it to smoke,or 225*, or even higher the temp shoots way above the selection on the dial is this normal? Second after cooking my ribs I let them go for about two hours un-supervised when I went to put the sauce on my ribs the unit had faulted out due to no pellets in the burn box . There was pellets in the hopper but they were on the sides and had failed to fall onto the auger. I restarted the unit jacked up the temp for the last hour ribs turned out fine. I just need to fine tune my process a little. Any suggestions will be a great help. I’ll give it an overall 4-star rating which would change to a five if I can get these issues worked out.

Q. Does the winter cold weather cause the grills not want to function as good? causing them take lounger for them to heat up and cook
Skip
Aurora, Colorado
A. Cold weather can have an affect on the pellet consumption and heat up time but your grill should still function as normal. We recommend an insulation blanket for the colder months to reduce pellet consumption.
