How To: Smoked Cocktail Ice

Have a damn good drink on the rocks with a smoky twist. Smoke water on the Traeger then freeze into ice cubes. Your whiskey glass will thank you.
3 cups water
1 bottle Jameson Irish Whiskey
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to Smoke and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour 2 cups of water into an aluminum container. Put container on the grill and smoke water for 20 minutes.
Pour smoke water into an ice tray and place in freezer to freeze.
In a glass, place 3 smoke rocks and pour 1-1/2 ounces of Jameson over (taste amplifies as ice melts, but will soften the drink). Enjoy!
