Bologna isn’t just for sack lunches--with rich smoky flavor & toasted edges, it tastes delicious piled high on your favorite bun.
1 lb bologna log
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
Dash of Worcestershire
Score the bologna log being careful not to cut too deep.
Mix together brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce together. Once mixed, rub it all over the bologna.
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Smoke bologna for 3-4 hours. Remove from grill and let cool.
Slice and serve with sandwiches. Enjoy!
